Combi Care by Ascott Gas Services Ltd is a family run business, established in 2002. We primarily deal with the service/repair and installation of domestic gas appliances - boilers, fires, cookers, ovens, hobs and water heaters - but we also carry out all kinds of general domestic gas work, such as gas escapes, replacement pipework and gas safety inspections. Quality control and customer service are very important to us here at Combi Care and we strive to give the very best service we can, from making sure our engineers are well presented and courteous when they arrive at your property, to answering your calls and answering your queries as fast as we can. We have experienced office staff waiting to take your calls Monday to Friday, 9am to 5pm. Our aim is to get an engineer out to you as soon as possible and get you up and running again.

My boiler stopped working last night. I phoned this morning and an engineer was here fixing the problem within 2 hours. Excellent service

AVOID THESE PEOPLE! Absolutely awful. If I could give zero stars I would. They came out to repair my boiler in the last week in December. Three months later in March it had stopped working. I rang them to come and take a look because 1. They did the repair. 2. You’re expected to last longer than three months and it certainly wasn’t cheap. But he refused to come out saying it’s nothing to do with him! Total lack of integrity and terrible attitude. Obviously don’t guarantee their work or if they do they don’t stand by it. Save your money and go elsewhere.

This company fitted my daughter's new boiler a year ago. She has had no trouble with it at all. They were recommended by someone else, so we thought we'd give them a call. Best thing we did. So impressed were we that we decided to renew our boiler and got a quote from them. We accepted the quote, were given a date for it to be fitted . They turned up on the day, fitted the boiler and then left us to enjoy it. I would recommend them highly
