I live in Hamilton, Leicester and had an old problematic electric shower and plumbing works. Alex was very professional: understood my requirements, punctual, reliable, trustworthy and his work was super clean. He was able to troubleshoot and repair where I had water heating, pressure and hot and cold water mixing issues. He ordered and replaced my old bath tub and neatly installed shower panels and the electric shower. Finally, he had all of the waste removed by the time he left and kept me up to date with everything so it was a stress-free experience for me. I highly recommend Alex and will definitely consult him for any future plumbing issues I have. Thank you Alex for fixing some persistent problems and leaving me with a lovely bathroom. Radiater and Kickstart heater fitted. So grateful we were recommended with Alex. He was brilliant he was professional, polite, friendly and punctual. He always got back to me promptly and not only carries out the work to the highest quality and standard and no cutting corners so does a great job. He is knowledgeable in his field and has the experience and skill to do the job. I would recommend him 100%. We have him now booked for the boiler service next and then the Smart heating to be fitted next. So this shows how happy we are with his work. Thanks Alex.

Alex was on time and provided a great service on my central heating. He went above and beyond the job by rescuing my cat off a window ledge! What a hero! I'm new to centrally heated homes and Alex kindly explained how my combi boiler operated. I will definitely call him again to look at the water pipes.
