Bunch of fraudsters, visited the property that I have been letting for a number of years to complain (without consulting me first) about some cardboard boxes been left outside my flat door, managed to catch the guy on his next visit and I thought we had sorted it.. as he asked me to remove the cardboard (which I did) and I asked about the trainers and he said that is fine.. so then about 2 months later they sent an invoice to my landlord and letting agency as I had not removed my trainers?? Even though I specifically asked the agent about leaving my trainers outside? I have been leaving my trainers outside the property since my arrival and even the neighbour downstairs leaves his shoes outside? How they have dealt with this situation is embarrassing and even the letting agent I spoke with agreed with me..
