I needed a structural engineer urgently as there was a design change in the roof of an extension I was having built, and the builders couldn’t proceed without the new material specifications and load calculations. I emailed CDS after finding the company through an online search, and Andrew responded immediately with a proposal on how to proceed. Even though this was late on Friday afternoon, Andrew produced a complete report by Monday morning. The new specifications were accepted by building control and the builders were able to continue without any delay.This was an exceptional service by any measure, and extremely rare. I cannot recommend Andrew and CDS highly enough.
