Welcome to the website of Construction Dispute Resolution Service formerly Construction Dispute Resolution Service Ltd.

Formed in 2003 by Andrew Flowerdew(see details), he decided to 'retire' in March 2020 and now specialises in providing an expert witness service for cases involving delay and or disruption. However, he may also take on other types of work and is always available for advice, so please contact him if you believe he may be of help.

Disputes are a stressful time for everyone involved and his philosophy has always been to practice dispute avoidance before dispute resolution. Some advice on avoiding disputes is on this website.
