Jay removed a load bearing wall between kitchen and dining room including putting in a new steel, boxing in and making good. He put up a new wall between dinning room and front room to create a snug, blocked up an old doorway, put in a new doorway and plastered walls and ceilings. Rads were also moved and new ceiling lights installed. I couldn’t recommend Jay highly enough. The works came in on time and as quoted. He always turned up when he said he would and worked around the clock for us, even working through bank holidays. The work was completed to a really good standard and he was always thinking about ways of making the space safe and clean for my family. He was really professional but also really friendly, which is important when you have the family around. Thanks for all the hard work Jay, we really appreciated it and love the new space.

Jay and the team completed a full replaster of our living room, kitchen, dining room, playroom, and hallway including the removal of an internal wall. Work was completed to an extremely high standard, communication was clear on costings and timeframes and the house was left spotless at the end of each day. Would 100% recommend Contemporary Renovations to anyone!
