I had already had another firm misdiagnose the problem which led to a large bill for work and a part that didn't solve the issue, so finding Paul was a huge relief. His years of experience diagnosing faults and doing repairs for British Gas has saved me from having another firm unnecessarily replace my (now fully functioning) boiler. His rates are very reasonable, he really knows his stuff and he did my annual gas safe check at the same visit so no additional appointment to plan.
