We enquired Clive about a house we were about to purchase. Communication was prompt, and he always came back with diligent answers. The survey report was rich and detailed and made us aware of the structural flaws of the building. The estimated value price was quite different from the seller's asking price, putting us in a situation to re-negotiate and re-think the risk of the investment.
