I have rented my property for over 10 years with Cosyhomes. They have been taking a maintenance fee of £58 per month for 10 years, in total that is nearly £7000 they have taken. I have never bothered the tenant, I have had everything fixed when they rang if anything needed mending. I haven’t increased the rent in 10 years, keeping it at £475 when properties went up and I could have been taking £600!!! The tenant has moved out, they have flooded the flat left water damage throughout the living room, kitchen and hall. They have left water damage to the flat below so I have had to claim on my insurance. The one time I needed support getting my bond back to rectify the damages there is an issue their side and I am now on 10 working days without my bond back and having to pay for the damages myself. The response from Cosyhomes is that it’s not their fault their hands are tied!!! Absolutely disgusting after 10 years of ME being loyal. I would not recommend this company to use as a letting agent at all, if you do approach with extreme caution!!!

Hi. Thank you for your great service. In less than a week I've been accepted for a lovely 3 bedroom house even if I'm a single mother. We had a great communication and they've been next to me on every step of my application. They've answered on all my questions and they've had patience with me especially since English is not my mother language they've made everything easy for me. I strongly recommend this agency for their fast service, good communication, help with all queries. Thank you for everything, I can't wait to move in this new lovely property.

Revising the rating as staff was always nice and friendly, however, very difficult to get a hold of when something needs sorting with the property, almost no maintenance done in over 3 yrs and that with chasing most times.

Stasia was our agent who helped with our application. She kept us informed with every step we needed to complete and continued to help us when issues where popping up, she is very calm and reassuring and with this being my first professional letting she made the process easy for me. They are a lovely company to go with, when we went the viewing we had a lovely woman (unfortunately I forgot her name) which showed us around the property and she was more than happy to answer all the questions we had. As a whole so far, my experience has and continues to be the best I've had over the years of renting. I would 100% recommend to anyone who is wanting to find a reputable estate agents, these are the ones for you.

Cosey are very professional & courteous. The staff & management are good people. They respond quickly, get people out quickly if you have a problem & the workmen who come out are great too. They genuinely care about their tenants. I really appreciate what they've done for me & my partner, particularly over the last few weeks. Update 23 June 2022 Bulb in back room popped and fuse box needed resetting. For whatever reason, I couldn't get the electric back on. Justina in the office really helpful and understanding and the electrician who came out inside 30 minutes was brilliant. Needed my laptop urgently as wfh due to rail strikes & it was sorted out really quickly. Their service is tremendous
