We have used the Cottam Handyman - Mark Ware - quite a few times for things that needed doing in the house - Christmas lights that needed putting up outdoors, a playhouse and a slide that needed setting up in our garden, lawn mowing etc and he’s always provided an exceptional service. Where he’s unable to help, he’s given us professional advice and pointed us in the right direction. Mark Ware is a thorough gentleman and is very respectful of the property he’s working at and towards it’s owners. He is an expert at the jobs he does and his rates are reasonable. Have used Mark for nearly five years. Really good service, honest, trustworthy and reliable. one of the only tradesmen I would leave on his own in my house, so much so that we moved out of the city and have convinced him to keep coming to us for our maintenance. Have used him for everything from light fittings to general repairs and maintenance, flat pack furniture, TV mounting and decorating.
