Coryn Memory5 StarExcellent company all round from helpful and efficient admin to brilliant installation. I had Air source heat pump system installed, and it's working really well so far. The installers Martin and Dave were very professional, hard working, friendly and cleaned up after themselves. They went above and beyond, even texting on bank holiday weekend to make sure everything was good. Jason came round after installation and showed me how to work the system and answered my questions.

John Pattison5 StarYour team have done a terrific job in replacing our old internal central heating boiler with an external one, installing a new oil tank and removal of the old flue.
Tom, Geordie, Stu and Ryan made what was quite a daunting job (moving from an internal to external boiler was a big change for us) look easy.
In the 4 days that they were here, they were unfailingly polite, knowledgeable, professional and explained every step that they were taking. The quality of workmanship is outstanding.
We still can’t quite believe how efficiently the new system works, so much so, that we now run the central heating at a much lower settings than we used to.
I would highly recommend C.P. Jefferies to anyone with a similar project.

neville gabie5 StarWe hard a water source heat pump installed about 3 years ago, which has always been problematic. However when Jason from CP Jefferies came out last week, when it had broken down once more, he was brilliant! He spent his time carefully going through everything, ironed out several small issues, explained the workings of the system in a way no one had ever done before and in language that was easy to understand. Not only that, but several days after the repair, Jason followed up with a phone call just to make sure everything was alright.
I am so pleased to have finally found an engineer and company who really understand and know how to care for our heat pump. I cannot recommend them more highly! Thank you so muchWednesday 25th November 2020
