Ryan Tomlin3 StarJohn did some work on our roof in March last year, and did a great job. However, he said it came with a 5 year guarantee. So 10 months later when we've had further problems, it's been near-impossible to get in touch with him. Eventually managed to text him and he said he would come to have a look last Monday. Never turned up and has ignored by calls or texts since. 5 star for the initial repair, 1 star for the customer service since.Tuesday 23rd February 2021
