As a design led practice, trying to find a very competent Structural Engineer to collaborate with is somewhat of a lottery, but we struck luck when we found Croft Engineers! Chris and his team were exceptional - they demonstrated a high-level professional competency on the project we collaborated together on - a very complex residential design project with an indoor-outdoor swimming pool & ancillary facilities for that matter! Croft Engineers are a very friendly bunch to work with, they're innovative and always go over and above in the services they provide for their client. They are an exemplar of quality design & will not compromise irrespective of the circumstances. I will recommend Croft Engineers to any client out there who wants good value for their investment.

We were recommended Croft after having a nightmare with our first appointed engineer who evidently didn’t understand how to design a basement. Pawel at Croft worked quickly and responsively to get the engineering package sorted, which in turn sorted the party wall matters (he also had to deal with the neighbour’s checking engineer 🙄) and got the project going. If you’re doing a basement, do not look any further. Just do what we didn’t do and get Croft appointed immediately.

I worked with a professional, highly experienced and knowledgeable team, so I learnt loads from them and found the assignment insightful. Croft worked closely with Advantage Basements to build a new basement and converted the house. Croft structural Engineers provided the building control information and helped with the Party Wall surveyors, keeping the neighbours on side, which was a godsend
