Just finished our new bathroom having used Crown for a fourth time over a 20 year period, twice in our previous property. We’ve always found them competitive and able to offer good advice and only prepared to promote quality products. Sometimes the test of a really good company is how they react when things go wrong. We had a problem which could not be foreseen and Crown’s response was first class, sorting our problem out and making sure we were happy with the finished result. I have no hesitation in recommending Crown and can’t understand the negative reviews which are obviously from people who have not used them.

Bought everything needed to replace a tired bathroom tiles and suite plus downlights from crown bathrooms all great quality and supplied promptly. They also recommended bathroom fitter liam from goodmans bathrooms Liam and team did a top class job...THANKYOU

The shop is open but they are not taking any further orders for 1 month as we were told by the shop keeper. They did not welcome any more customers or to even look around the shop. Bad customer service! From what I could see outside, the bathrooms looked modern and to my taste. Unfortunately, I will not be spending any money here and shall not be returning in the future.
