Based in Maryport, Cumbria we have over 30 years experience in building and construction. Services include general building and joinery work, such as extensions, barn and loft conversions as well as services such as Damp proofing. We are a family run local business in Cumbria providing services for social housing and private clients focusing on customer satisfaction within the community we work whilst supporting the local supply chain.

We provide a full range of construction services including responsive repairs, voids servicing, planned, grounds maintenance, extensions and disabled adaptations. Working to CDM regulations, we are also a CHAS accredited company.

Based in West Cumbria, we cover the whole of Cumbria and further afield working on both domestic properties and commercial properties including listed buildings. 100% customer satisfaction is our aim and we achieve this by engaging with our clients however if problems do arise corrective action is taken immediately.
