Danny Lister5 StarI was able to speak to the surveyor beforehand and explain what I wanted. On the day he rang me after completing the survey and gave me very detailed verbal feedback. He explained what he had done and let me ask any questions, without rushing me. The feedback was excellent and picked up on MANY issues that I hadn't. Missed 15(!) items on the survey that are costing £1000s to put right - attempted to contact to claim from his insurance - keeps saying "will respond" since 19th Jan 2022 and never does- (currently in June 2022!!!)Monday 6th June 2022
Runway Property1 StarThe report took months to get to us when they said it will take a few weeks, after chasing them regularly it finally came, we then contacted John a week ago because we had a issue we wanted him to come out and look at, he booked us in gave us a time we traveled all the way from London to Doncaster and he didn’t turn up and ignored our calls,Wednesday 13th July 2022
