I don't think the words "it was a pleasure" should ever be included in any sentence regarding serving party wall notices but if we had to go through the process again, we would be sure to use Cubit. Mark was incredibly helpful during a particularly fiddley party wall process, his dedication, communication and in-depth knowledge made the process so much easier and more pleasant than it could have been. We'd recommend him and his team in a heartbeat.
