I have never experienced such a lovely engineer. Extremely professional, informed and guided me through the process, also explained what he was doing, which I appreciated. From the moment the phone call was received this morning with his ETA to when he left was amazing! I personally don’t think this review will do justice to the service provided as it was outstanding. Always choose Custom Heat, despite costing more than British Gas. The service is always excellent from any person contacted. James provided me with a courtesy call prior to arriving today, was thoroughly pleasant throughout his visit, answering any questions I had with courtesy and a warm smile. Just superb. They have never let me down.

Chris Knowles did a fantastic job for… Chris Knowles did a fantastic job for us. Our hot water was not working and he got the job done within the hour. Chris also fixed one of my radiators with the help of his superior knowledge and magic spanner. I highly recommend this company for fast, efficient and courteous service. James came out today to fix a problem with our Nest system. He was very knowledgeable, very efficient and very friendly. I wouldn't hesitate to recommend Custom Heat (who also did a great job of installing our boiler a couple of years ago).
