We used David a while ago after seeing glowing facebook recommendations. Unfortunately our experience didnt back that up. He is a nice chap and obviously knowledgeable, however his interest in our project was negligible (a 2 storey home extension) He took over 4 months to come back with drawings - we kept chasing him up and he would apologise and cite personal reasons. He gave us no advice whatsoever and we were very inexperienced about what was required - for example we had no idea we would need separate technical calculations or what building control would need. He shouldn't have taken on the job really as he clearly didn't want it, but he did. Anyway, we needed some amendments and he just didn't bother answering at all when we contacted him. So went elsewhere and the next guy was amazing - just led us through the whole process. And cheaper too.

We found David to be very knowledgeable and easy to talk to when it came to discussing our options.

Dave took all the stress and worry away from the planning process, gave us ideas and inspired us to do something far better than we came up with, Thank You so much for all your help
