He promptly responded to my initial enquiry with a follow up telephone call and subsequently responded to my emails and texts throughout the process. Customer service was excellent. The final report was produced on the day of the inspection and was incredibly comprehensive and really helpful in helping us to make an informed decision about a house purchase.
