Can recommend Daisy IPS very highly. I am a landlord and Mike and Jennifer's son Andy fully manages my properties for me personally, which sounds stupid as they are a family company but the personal treatment and business relationship is extremely good for me. Andy is very knowledgeable and knows the business inside out and goes above and beyond what he actually should do. The personal touch and knowledge of the business and knowledge of the area I own in are invaluable. As he has good relationships with many tenants and gets tenants for me very quickly. He also has great relationships with staff at the complex I own, which helps manage the property and tenants. I have autism and I know I am very hard work but Andy know me now and knows me needs and helps me out no end. Especially these last couple of years when money has been a problem. His support and willingness to help me out is amazing. I find it difficult to trust people as I always think they are out for themselves these days but I can honestly say I very much trust Andy. Thanks for all your help !! It's very much appreciated

Excellent, friendly service! I had the pleasure of dealing with Daisy IPS through renting a property they were managing. As, I'm sure, many renters out there know, it is VERY hard to find a Letting Agency that actually cares about their clients/tenants and always strive to provide the best service wherever possible. Daisy IPS is a family run agency that really focuses on providing a very friendly and professional service, whilst being very approachable and friendly. All maintenance/repair issues were promptly dealt with and any delays were explained fully and I was kept fully informed of any changes that needed to be made regarding days/times for any repairs that needed attention. The workmen that came to carry out repairs were also very friendly, efficient and professional. I would highly recommend Daisy IPS to anyone and I look forward to renting from these guys in the near future. Thank, Daisy IPS team! :)

I had a brilliant year living at 126 Clough Close for my final year of my studies at university. The flat was perfect in both size and location in Middlesbrough and met all my needs to relax and unwind after work. When I needed something checked in the flat the team at Daisy Investment Property services were very professional, kind and helpful to accommodate all my needs and requests. Fantastic company! Very friendly couple are Mike and Jennifer, always there to help. Have been flexible when we've had payment issues and when things have gone wrong in the flat they've been quick to help fix them for us. Daisy IPS have made our renting experience such a breeze. I have been a tenant of Daisy I.PS for 2 years now and a tenant of 2 property's. As a whole family unit they are an amazing Family Company. They give flawless service for tenants. They also follow guidelines, keep up with safety checks and maintain property's to a high standard. Mike Walsh the Company Founder expresses on his website bio "he" had" become increasingly disillusioned with the relatively poor level of service on offer from high street agents" from my experience he and his family do offer the best service. Daisy I. P. S really is a company others should model from. I don't normally give reviews, but I think it's fair to give credit where it's due. It's 2 thumbs up from me and 5 stars.
