David was instructed to come to my house to do a structural survey for his clients on my property. Unfortunately during these difficult times I was shocked that he turned up with no mask or gloves, he said he was okay as he lived on his own, but that worried me as I want to protect myself and family and others. This made me feel extremely uncomfortable. He was touching handles of doors and bashing on my front door impatiently whilst I asked him to wait whilst I put my mask on. I'm sure he is very capable, but it worried me so much that I had to ask him to leave. I just think it shows a lack of following procedure and I would worry about a surveyor behaving in this way.

Extremely detailed, prompt and - quite frankly - the best few hundred pounds I have ever spent. I can not recommend David in stronger terms. His advice ensured that we did not end up buying a Listed Building house that required 40k of remedial work that not have been spotted in a simple homebuyer survey.
