Recent years have seen a boom in co-working spaces but companies may now need to emphasise personal working space; density in offices, shops, bars and factories; spacious and contactless communal spaces as well as practical concerns such as more ventilation, openable windows etc. Plans for new constructions or changes to existing buildings, tend to typically take between 1 and 6 months to be drawn up and approved by the relevant authorities - so now is the time to get planning!
