I had a very bad experience with this man David N Prosser he gave me a written quote for a Worcester Bosch boiler and a new double radiator to be fitted, on the day of finishing the boiler he had not fitted the radiator telling me that I didn't need one, he then said that the job had taken him longer than expected and overcharged me by hundreds of pounds above the written quote, he suddenly produced a portable card payment machine and intimidated me into paying without any extra invoice, I later contacted Worcester Bosch customer relations and with their help Mr Prosser refunded me £350 but I was still out of pocket, a year later I had the boiler serviced by a different company and they noticed that the flue was fitted upside down I contacted Gas Safe Register and their inspector came and found 14 faults in Mr Prossers work and the inspector disconnected my boiler as it was unsafe, Mr Prosser had to rectify all of the faults, on one of his visits he wanted me to sign something that I didn't understand when I refused he shouted "sign it you cu#t" he then lolooked at me and put his finger to his throat and drew his finger across his throat in a cut throat gesture, I would strongly recommend that you would not use this man.
