We found Andrew and the team via a google search and as they were just down the road it made sense to make contact. Andrew advised on and submitted plans for additional items to our new home which was a barn conversion with no permitted development rights. Andrew clearly knows his stuff, was measured in his advice and very patient with the various questions we asked. His plans were clear and well presented and whilst I suspect a simple exercise for Andrew we are delighted at the end result which was all matters approved something we were less than sure of at the beginning. More than happy to recomend DBD.

We recently had a query regarding a possible building plot. We contacted Andrew because I had looked at all the positive reviews. What can I say! Immediate response with so much information and detail regarding the minefield of planning etc. Andrew was completely honest and told us there would be no chance whatsoever of gaining planning permission. We were not upset, but rather pleasantly surprised that someone could be so totally honest with us. Even though we have had no works carried out, all the information given to us, and at no cost to ourselves, we have no hesitation in giving DBD a positive review. If, at any point in the future we should require an Architect then there would be no hesitation in seeking Andrew’s help and advice again. Thank you very much. Once again we have used DBD Architecture, this time to have plans drawn up for a small extension. Andrew involved us and took our comments on board. We have a set of plans now with all our needs catered for. Thank you Andrew and team for a brilliant and efficient job done.

DBD offered a competitive quote and gave a really good service. Emails were answered quickly, often out of working hours within an hour of me sending them! The work was completed and signed off by the building inspector who had no additionals to add to the works. Really recommend and would happily use DBD again.
