Delia Shaw3 StarDecor fitted our kitchen nearly two years ago. Although it is lovely and well designed, I agree with one of the reviewers their attitude leaves a lot to be desired. Our taps dripped and thinking they would only be under guarantee for 12 months I contacted a plumber to replace them. Whilst he was changing the taps he noticed the p trap had been taped up with plumbers tape, and was not fitted properly. He suggested I contact Decor to ask them to correct this. I phoned and spoke to Karen who said if I had contacted them, I would have been told there was a 2 year guarantee on the taps and it was a "lesson I will have learned." What a patronising response. Some lessons in customer service are definitely needed.When I asked if they could possibly come and carry out a repair, I was told to go back to my plumber as he was the last one to touch it. After spending a large sum of money, for me, I am extremely disappointed with this attitude. I was also told it would be mean to post a negative review. But I think people should know how I was treated. But in fairness I have a beautiful kitchen complete with a leaking sinkWednesday 22nd June 2022
Jason Prosser5 StarA deceptively large showroom packed with some beautiful kitchens and bathrooms backed up with a staff that were wonderful to work with in the design, fitting and admin. Bought our vision to reality with some extra little bits that impressed. Nothing too much trouble. A real big thankyou to Karen, Paul, Kev, Alan & Harry who all played a part in new social hub.

Phil Field5 StarRecently had our kitchen completely refitted by Decor. From the moment we first walked in the showroom we couldn’t have been dealt with in a better manner. Paul came out and measured up very thoroughly to produce some great computer generated drawings and plans. He advised us throughout as to what would fit, different colour schemes and importantly still be within our budget. He project managed on a daily basis throughout the fit.
The fitter Derek and his daughter Rachael did an excellent job of installing the kitchen and at times going beyond what was asked of him.
All in all we are very satisfied with the finished product and wouldn’t hesitate to recommend their services.Monday 4th January 2021
