I would reccommend James's excellent service to anyone looking for a surveyor in the local area. We had some concerns regarding the property so he met us at the end of the survey and toured us around, highlighting specific aspects and answering our questions and concerns, we were very grateful for this. We spoke to a lot of surveyors before James to recieve quotes and found that James offered the best quality service; in our first phone call he was asking lots of questions which assured us that he had strong attention to detail and lots of experience. He surpassed these expectations, his report was very comprehensive and thorough. Thank you James!

It was the estate agent who recommended James Delamere for the survey of a flat I was purchasing in Epsom. I found out later, that James and a colleague from Independent Chartered Surveyors firm had also surveyed my daughter's house a few months earlier and she had been very pleased with the survey. Despite a very busy work schedule, James agreed to survey the flat on a Saturday. On the same day after completing the Survey, he phoned and provided a verbal summary, and a few days later he sent me his report. He was extremely thorough in his investigation and paid special attention to the areas of the flat which I had some concern. I am not new to property transactions but Jame’s report has provided me with a wealth of information that I should use as a template if I need to view any properties in the future. James is very professional, knowledgeable and pleasant to deal will and I have no hesitation in recommending him or Independent Chartered Surveyors firm to anyone who needs a survey.

James Delamere was recommended by a friend. James did the survey himself. He was very thorough. He also walked me through the survey on-site and patiently explained to me all actual and potential problems, including the limitations of such surveys, and was able to answer all my questions. Afterwards he quickly prepared an extensive and thorough report. I thought the property was in good condition, but apparently I was blind and he made me see :-) He was also very helpful with follow-up questions. The survey was worth much more than its cost. I can highly recommend James Delamere for your property survey.
