I was recommended this kitchen company from a builder we used to do our kitchen extension.I should of realised then this would not be a good idea after the appalling service and standard of work I received from the builder .(SHOULD OF STAYED WELL AWAY ) The service we received from Delta during the consultation to ordering the kitchen was good .The kitchen went in and looked nice at first .However within less than 12 months the kitchen deteriorated quickly the plastic coating (We opted for a high gloss kitchen )began to split in a number of areas and the handles started to become loose. The trim under the wall units started to Chip .12 months on the kitchen looks shabby and needs replacing .I have had 6 previous houses and never had this issue with a kitchen before . In November 17 , 11 month after having the kitchen fitted we contacted Delta and explained what the issue was .The reply we got was Delta were busy at the moment but would get back to us .We thought maybe the next day however it took days later before Delta got back to us .Delta sent the kitchen fitter out and fixed the loose handle .He took some photograghs of the cracks and chips and said he would show them the owner of delta and they would get back to us .WE ARE STILL WAITING AND ITS NOW 13.1.18 . Delta was very nice when trying to get your custom but once they have had this they are not really interested .The quality of the products they are selling is very poor and not long lasting .One of their selling points is the kitchen is guaranteed for 12 months .This is a false claim as they have not come back to us after receiving the photograghs . AVOID AT ALL COSTS .
