Beyond disappointing. It is standard procedure that upon becoming aware of a potential conflict of interest (this goes to you Ms Shirley Waldron), you would notify the client in order to agree on an appropriate course of action. The fact that there was no notification of this conflict of interest -which would immediately preclude you from acting on the clients behalf- yet you kept sending invoices and demanding they be paid makes you and the firm not only highly unprofessional but criminal.

I DEEPLY REGRET ever using this firm of Surveyors! They put us in an unbelievably impossible situation, creating issues which could have been easily avoided. We were then offered a generous Fee Credit in exchange for a positive review-looking at the timeline one can only assume they are doing this with other clients following their outstandingly bad press. We eventually parted ways and hired a smaller firm which sorted the problems they put us in, at a fraction of the price.

I will NEVER use this firm of Surveyors again! They have put us in an impossible situation and made a everything 1000 times worse! They cost an absolute fortune compared to other very good surveyors and they are not worth it!! We went to them because I thought we needed their “weight” but that was ridiculous! I was a clown to have thought that, they are ridiculous! The best advise I got throughout the whole ordeal which is still ongoing was from a very nice honest local surveyor who gave advise for free that made sense of the whole situation was easy to swallow. It clarified and simplified the whole situation. He spotted the problem point and gave sensible advise to deal with it that did not involve him or paying him! He did not overplay his role, ability, or powers in the troubles that faced us if we had used him from the start it could have been great experience! My advise is to look for someone like him someone honest, intelligent practical don’t do what I did which is go to a big firm cos you think they are going to be good or pay large sums assuming that they are quality and worth - that is ridiculous our surveyor at this firm is definitely NOT! I will never use them again or be involved with them in anyway shape or form apart from an official complaint now to them and the RICS I would not wish my experience of sleepless nights and constant pain and confusion on anyone! Stay Well Clear!
