We are absolutely delighted with our Design House kitchen. Outstanding service from it’s staff, particularly Dan, who went above and beyond in the design process to achieve the best possible layout for our growing family. We had some additional bespoke ideas in mind and they did everything they could to ensure these were achieved. Kitchen quality is second to none. This is our third order with them and we would not go anywhere else.

We bought our kitchen from Design House Interiors 4 years ago. The reason we chose to go with them, was the quote was competitive, the pre sales service was really good, and the quality of their kitchens was something they promoted. Unfortunately, that’s where the positives end. There is a massive defect with the kitchen we purchased, all the laminate from the doors is lifting away, its only just become noticeable as it started coming away from the corners, which wasn’t visible until it spreads. This issue could’ve been there from the start, but we just never noticed. Having contacted the customer service team, they initially said they would look into the issue and would make contact with their supplier. Communication was poor, and I had to ring up/email every week to chase an update. The issue is not resolved 2 months on, and they have gone radio silent for over 4 weeks now after making multiple calls and sending emails . I feel I need to share my experience, so others don’t use this company and end up with a kitchen that falls to bits after a few short years, with extremely unprofessional customer service and after care. Please see the photo of how bad the issue is, this is just one of the doors, another 10 are now the same way! We will be taking this company to the small claims court to re-coupe the cost of replacements. We are absolutely devastated 😞

The most gorgeous kitchen design and quality - have recommended to everyone I know. During a full refurbishment of our family home, these were by far the best trades people to deal with - on time, flexible, professional and high standard of quality kitchen products all at a very reasonable price. All our friends comment on our bar (the idea we stole from their show room!!)

We purchased our kitchen from Design House and we love it!! As it was our first renovation Nigel was very helpful with ideas/suggestions and always on hand to help with any queries we had. He helped us get the most out of our kitchen on the budget we had!! We visited the showroom plenty of times to look, choose and change our minds on colours and ironmongery, they were very patient and professional. Great quality, great service, great price!! I would highly recommend Design House!!
