When husband and wife Ian and Louise Simm launched Diamond Gas & Heating in 2011, they knew they could offer something better than the local competition.
The pair had military backgrounds, each serving in the Royal Navy, with a combined service of 28 years. Ian had been an engineer and Louise in communications.

Paul5 StarHad an issue with our boiler not working, and hadn’t seemed to work right since moving in a year ago. Had previously had engineers round but none of them seemed to understand our heating system. So as a last ditch attempt to fix it, I called Diamond Heating. They squeezed me in for a next day call out, and as arranged, Steve the engineer turned up. He knew straight away what the problem was. Fixed it, and explained clearly how the heating should work, that even my wife said she now understands the workings of a heating system!
So impressed that I’ve now taken out a service plan with them! Well done Steve and all the team at Diamond Heating.Friday 11th February 2022
