Has a history of walking off jobs after taking large amounts of money and doing poor quality work. Usual excuses are having to pay for materials, then gets you to buy them as his quote won't cover them. Most of his trades people are good and then never work for him again as he doesn't pay them. Also goes by JPW Property Repairs.

Appalling building work. We have had to have the entire roof rebuilt by a competent firm of builders in order to get it passed by the Building Inspector. Rogue builder who has repeatedly lied to us, broken all health and safety rules and cheated on use of correct materials. Eventually walked off the job having caused £4k of damage to our exiting property and a huge bill to redo his work.
