Our design team will guide you through the initial stages of your build and provide you with advice on what you need to start your own self build, loft conversion, renovation or extension.
The first stage of the design phase will involve a site visit from our highly skilled architect and builder to discuss your project. Our architect will take note of what you are hoping to create and help you make the most of your space. Once you are happy with our architect’s recommendations and fees, they will draw up a detailed plan to be submitted for planning permission, if required.

Greg Jones5 StarWe had a great experience working with Damien and his team from start to finish. He did an exceptional job with our project which involved challenging structural work inside our ground floor Victorian tenement flat, rewiring our new kitchen and installing steal beams and doing everything absolutely perfectly according to our architect's drawings and recommendations. Damien did all the work that was required prior to our new kitchen getting installed. A very reliable, friendly, and a very experienced builder. He always had the best advice for us and he works with equally experienced and reliable plumber and plasterer. Damien was always willing to go the extra mile for our project to complete it to our liking and we had full trust in his workmanship and vision. Richard Shirridan5 StarDamien and his team built a kitchen / diner extension on to our house in 2016. It involved removing the existing kitchen and conservatory and building out on the same footprint. Supporting walls were removed and steel joists inserted to support the load. We were very happy with the result and have enjoyed the space a great deal over the years. Damien was very professional and kept the job on target with regard timescales and budget. Glen Davidson5 StarDJC Building services did a fantastic job for us. Taking out old kitchen, fitting new, new beam for load bearing wall to open up dining kitchen room and enlarging opening for patio doors.
