We had a plumbing emergency over the weekend and our young adult contacted DJL Heating and Plumbing Company for help. The plumber finally arrived with no equipment and asked for more money to hire a “special machine” to resolve the issue. We waited for another three days and the plumber disappeared. In total, our family member had paid £210 for nothing. The service was not provided and we wasted precious time and money. Dave did not reply to our numerous phone calls and emails. It was a complete scam. Do not trust these dishonest people and company by any means.Wednesday 7th June 2023
Danny Henson5 StarI called DJL Boiler Repair and Emergancy Plumbers out early hours of the morning due to a burst water pipe in my property I was told an engineer would be with me within the hour the engineer arrived prompt locating a heating pipe that had started leaking. The issue was resolved and the leaking pipe replaced that same visit. Very professional service I would highly recommend DJLWednesday 8th February 2023

Jason Narrainen2 StarI don't normally like to leave bad/mediocre reviews. But chappy, who is nice enough guy, good comms initially and fitted us in before xmas. BUT he took 120 quid to 'misdiagnose' problem with our Worcester Boiler. Said he would order parts and complete job. Therafter just ghosted us ignoring messages, calls and SMS. Please note, it wasn't PCB in any case it was the fan that was faulty. We had to pay a second time but got problem correctly fixed. Just as well. The guy showed me the lights on his tester to confirm signal from PCB, maybe your tester is broken?! I think you should give a refund as you went MIA but also got it wrong.Thursday 12th January 2023

If I am to have any more issues with anything, I will be calling Dave. I am very satisfied with the service and I couldn’t think of anyone better to call.
