Got my kitchen fitted by DM Design in 2017. I've had a few problems with my appliances, not the fault of DM Design, and had been fighting with the appliance insurance people. I contacted DM for more info on what to do next and was delighted in the response both times. In 2019 they supplied and fitted a new oven and just last week fitted a new hob that my insurance extended guarantee provider refused to fit. Without a question asked I had someone out the next day!! Top service even 5 years down the line. Thanks. PS I hope our wee plumber managed to get on his holiday ☺️

Very unprofessional and clearly do not care about their customers… Salesman came to our house, we agreed a design and a price and paid a deposit. The surveyor came out and confirmed the design and measurements. Lorraine McLeod then mailed us to say they couldn’t do it for the price agreed. She then ignored mails and calls as did Cameron in sales. They are the worst outfit I’ve ever had dealings with and I would strongly advise you to avoid them. I’m now six weeks down the line and don’t even have furniture ordered! I’m so glad I found them out before they started the work!

Cannot express how impressed we are with DM Design!! Naz & Matt fitted our bathroom, amazing work, cleaned up after themselves. Claudia was the initial salesperson, she was very friendly, had contact with Dale, Jordy & Craig too. Cannot recommend the workmanship highly enough!! Recently got my kitchen done by DM Design & so glad I went back for my bathroom. Thanks guys

The installation team of Naz and Matt were excellent and come highly recommended and became part of the family during the 4 weeks of fitting . The communication between each of the departments however was poor with wrong products ordered or not fitting but Naz, Matt and James the surveyor worked well together to resolve any issues to our satisfaction.

I engaged DM Design services to fit a kitchen and bedroom for my elderly relatives. There was a very short timescale for the fitting which DM Design agreed to meet and I would suggest the price reflected this. From the minute the invoice was paid and fitting commenced, communication and coordination of the job completely failed. I found myself driving to the showroom on multiple occasions due to unanswered calls / emails, failure of trades to attend and on two occasional I spoke to the Regional Manager highlighting the lack of communication and the frustration it was causing, clearly the timescales were not going to be met and were extended. The job started in Oct 2021 and still remains incomplete today. The coordination between customer services and trades just doesn’t exist. I strongly advise anyone considering to use DM Design for any work reads this review and takes it on board. I had read negative reviews and highlighted these with the sales team only to be assured those matters have been resolved. They have not, I would suggest using other reputable companies and wait until they are available, as we should have done.
