I'm b Hi Iam an American now living in Bishops Park.I had a real problem with my heating, well a fruend reconended me to use Dom, I did and I ciuld not be happier, the sdrvice was top shelf its finally sorking giod for a change, so thank yiu thank yoy Dom. Jihn D.

I had recently my bathroom refurbished by Dom and his team. Without going into too much detail about all the experienced frustration, I'm attaching some pictures. Form your own opinions. Here's how the overall disappointing experience ended: Shortly after the bathroom was allegedly completed, I noticed a water mark on the ceiling below the bathroom. I called Dom and he suggested to pop in on Saturday to assess the situation. He said he would call in the morning. No one called. On Saturday afternoon, I was shocked to see that water was flooding from underneath the bath. I removed the panel and found several leaks. I contacted Dom straight away. As he was not available, I left messages explaining that if he would not fix the leaks within one hour (to avoid further damage), I would need to get in someone else to stop the leaks and repair the damage. I haven't heard from Dom to this day. This is especially disappointing because Dom is actually a likeable guy. However, this is not an excuse for poor quality work, poor time-management and not delivering on what was agreed. By the way, why would you want to fit a shower shelf in the wall with a declining gradient towards the back-wall so that the water just sits on the shelf? Again, especially disappointing, as I specifically pointed out that the water should flow away freely. Not that I should have to explain this to a plumber/tiler.

Dom's heating came recommended to me by a close friend of the family, and I am very pleased I took their advice. It's only a small company but they have all been very friendly, and helpful. Our Engineer that came to fix our Combi-Boiler was quick and very efficient and even had a look at an additional issue not logged with them, and he also fixed that then and there for me. All in all a very good customer experience from start to finish.
