We specialise in providing full building surveys (formerly known as the structural survey) which are very detailed, identifying potentially expensive problems; our surveyors use the latest technology available including boom cameras to view the roof-tops and chimneys.
The surveyor prepares a comprehensive illustrated report and meet by Skype/Zoom, for you to raise any questions and to ensure that you fully understand the implications of his findings in case you need to renegotiate the purchase price.

Kate Holmes5 StarIf you're searching for a surveyor for a new property, honestly stop your search now and contact Domestic Surveys. They are so popular there was a bit of a wait to book in my survey, but it was truly worth waiting for as I don't think you'll get a better service from anyone else. Both Martin and Jon have been amazing - so efficient and helpful. After my 70 page report and two hour call with Jon I feel like I know my new house back to front. This isn't just important for the sale, but makes me feel confident that if I consider any work in the future I'll have an excellent understanding of the potential and limitations of the house. Jayne Williams5 StarThis is the first time we have used Domestic Surveys and we could not be happier with our experience. We picked this company based on their excellent reviews and are super happy that we did. From the off Martin and Jon have been hugely helpful… we did have to wait a good while for our survey to be done but that shows how busy and in demand they are. Jon completed the survey for us which was in-depth and then we had a Zoom meeting with him that lasted two and a half hours as we went through the items which came out of the report. He is very friendly and knowledgeable and goes out of his way to explain the more technical aspects in a very understandable way. As far as we are concerned, this was money well spent whether we go ahead with the purchase or not and we highly recommend both Martin and Jon.Saturday 2nd July 2022
