Brilliant service. Had a quote from another company who said we needed a new boiler as not repairable. Subsequently got a call from there office quoting a total cost of £3816. They had already taken £86.40 from our bank for a call out charge. Rung Insurance to see if we were covered who advised we were covered under our Home Emergency and they contacted Dorset Heating. Within an hour Neil arrived advised it was the Diverter and replaced immediately. We are now reporting the first company to Trading Standards who will only 'consider' refunding the £86.40 when we get written proof of what Neil had done and submitted it to them.

Very unprofessional. Did not turn up to do the job 3 times. Did not bother to phone and let me know. Had to chase them up every time. Cowboy business. Not recommended.

Really happy with the work and service. Boiler broke down and we used our home emergency cover. These guys arrived within 2 hours of me ringing them on Monday morning and diagnosed the fault in minutes. They came back today with the new part and fitted it. Everything is now working again

Had an emergency and called my insurance company who use this company, waited all night did not turn up or call me! Have advised my insurance company that this company is unprofessional and should not use. I had to call another heating engineer to come out.
