Andrew Till5 StarVery professional at all stages of the job - setting up, changing the time to an earlier one and most of all how the work was done. Used a combination of hydro-jet, electric snake and camera to reach an isolated ceramic trap under the house that 3 other callouts (to other companies) did not fix. Completely removed the blockage and was able to see the debris drain away and clean pipe (through camera) afterwards.
The engineer took a long time to explain everything he did and how we can avoid this issue in the future. Would use again without hesitation and highly recommend.Tuesday 25th August 2020
