Nancy Mariette Jimison1 StarWe paid Drain Scan for a jetspray clean for Drain Scan to investigate prior to a sale of our property, however since our request (in November 2021) for Drain Scan to undertake the work set out in their 2020 report, we have made a number of attempts to arrange for this to commence. However, despite a long chain of chasing e-mails, and some phone calls, we have still failed to get a start date. The last e-mail we sent, in April, has received no reply.
As far as we can tell, the drains here are operating normally; and we have had no obvious sign of rat infestation. Sometimes one wonders why people are in business.Monday 13th June 2022
