Gibson Peter5 StarThank you guys for rescuing my boiler at a very short notice. DreamHeat Emergency Plumber tech did a fantastic job at fixing a badly fitted boiler by British Gas. I've never met more professional tradesmen like these guys and highly recommend them to anyone. The team secured the boiler as per manufacturer spec and did a full service and other needed work to make sure everything was done correctly. They are now assisting me in dealing with British Gas and their extremely poor workmanship. They replaced the interior plumbing including replacing the old lead pipes with safe and affordable new materials. Marlene Owens5 StarBoiler broke awkwardly at 10pm on a Sunday. I called around and was told “call out fee + parts and labour” but once I spoke to Simon he assured me that there is no point coming out now as vailiant will not be available to run diagnostics till Monday, which no one else said. DreamHeat Emergency Plumber tech was busy but managed to fit me in. He came round inspected, took payment and aimed to get back for 5 which he did.
