Their chat system is one the best I've come across, you can immediately talk to someone and get actual responses and sort your issues directly over the chat. One of the basis I ordered was not in stock and I managed to change my order and order a new basin directly over the chat. It beats thousand times all those systems where you have to wait a long time to talk to someone and you start to get transferred to different departments and have to start all over again.Thursday 11th November 2021

priyanka jain5 StarDrench has great products which are priced well. The icing on the cake is their customer service and responsiveness. A renovation is very stressful and having to deal with a responsive customer service team is a huge bonus. In the future I would probably order from drench only for the service that they provide. I received two incorrect items but upon getting in touch with Drench they sorted this for me so swiftly and arranged for the collection of the items the following day. They were really good to deal with and I'm so pleased because I'd read good things on social media and it was so great that they lived up to this hype. They handled the whole process superbly, politely, patiently and in a very friendly manner.
