Been waiting for a leaking water tank in my loft to be repaired since November 2022, its now February 2023 and the water is still coming though my bedroom ceiling. Every time I call the North East office, I am told that someone will call me back as it is clear that something has gone wrong somewhere. Not a single person has ever called me back since November. Truly horrendous service. Meanwhile my bedroom ceiling is ruined. Then British Gas have the audicity to chase me for payment !! Appalling service.

this plumbing company keep away from they are a cowboy out fit this company dyno plumbing based at orange house in trimdon, durham working for british gas doing there plumbing repairs they are a franchise cowboy outfit they break stuff rather than fix it there plumbing engineers are a joke they was supposed to fix 1 leaking tap and 3 toilets all they done was not fit items correctly and this work took from february to june 2023 because they did not have the parts and the expertise to fix the the problem just excuses and apologys because of all there mistakes they made in the end my house got flooded thru there bad workmanship so too al you potential future customers keep well away from this cowboy outfit im based in the north east of england
