Favourite work story:I was once called out to a csutomer who had a fully operational toilet in the middle of their bedroom floor. I regret not asking 'why?' to this day!
Best thing about Oxford: Working in Oxford gives me a chance to be close to my family and friends. I love everything about it and would not move away for anything.

Muriel Illig2 StarThe guy was professional but be aware that they quote for an "attempt" to do the job. We were charged £145 for the job to be attempted to be done but not done. No discount for not actually sorting our problem. Seems like a lot of money for just an investigation. Also we asked for a pipe to be capped but no one told us that this would be not be done because they are not plumbers.Monday 31st January 2022
David Gregory1 StarAppalling service - do not use! A plumber had visited a property to replace a leaking shower and instead of mounting the replacement to the wall, had decided to secure it to the wall using silicone which is utterly ridiculous. The shower is now leaking again a few weeks later. Another plumber came back around and rather than fixing it, just left with the new unit. The house is now without a working shower and a massive hole in the wall. Thanks Dyno!!Monday 7th February 2022

Scott Cruickshank1 StarI booked online to have 3 radiators replaced. Choose a date and time and through great booking system. Got an email, great. Waited in.. no one showed up. Telephoned and was promised they would be there in the afternoon. Waited and then got a phone call to say they weren’t coming at all. One day wasted!!!! DO NO USESaturday 5th December 2020
