We are an independent surveying practice covering all aspects or building surveying, planning design and submissions, along with project management. We are based in Ramsgate, but cover the whole of Kent, our main services include:

Muireann Kelly5 StarElliot was very helpful, prompt to get in touch when I reached out about quotes, and seemingly available day and night! We needed a quick turnaround on the report as we were using it to decide whether to buy a property at auction. The report was detailed and he also gave us additional advice on top of this. We're not local to the area (yet!) so it was really helpful to have someone who is nearby and knows the locality well. Marietta Beschorner5 StarElliot was very responsive and professional and he gave us a very detailed survey, the report was very clear and detailed and it included a lot of pictures. I had been unsure weather we needed a survey but I was so glad we got one done as Elliot drew our attention to a lot of very important issues with the house we are buying and we were able to ask our solicitor to investigate further.

What more could you ask for?
Well just as a cherry on the cake, he sent a drone up so I got great images of the roof and guttering too.
Will definitely use him again and have no hesitance to recommend.
