After being let down by a couple of plumbers at the last minute somebody recommended Eddie to me. To be honest I was a bit weary with it all but I thought it was at least worth a phone call. I am so glad I made that call! Eddie arranged to come round to look at the job. He and Dave turned up promptly , did a thorough survey and provided a competitive quote. They installed a new boiler in a new location that was technically challenging ( I think that's why I was let down by the other plumbers). Since then Eddie and Dave have undertaken other plumbing jobs for me. They are always tidy and considerate. I couldn't be happier with the results.

Eddie installed a new combi boiler in my house on September 10 2020, he was recommended by a friend. The boiler started to malfunction straight away- the pressure kept dropping and we had to keep topping it up about 3-4 times a day. The problem was eventually linked to a leak behind one of the radiators. Eddie refused to investigate or repair the leak, insisting that it had nothing to do with the boiler installation, despite my agreeing to pay for the job. Eddie left my daughter and I in the cold house with no heating and no hot water for 4 months in mid winter! I coughed up £3400 to get the boiler sorted by him so my family would not have to suffer such a fate in winter. But Eddie had no compassion, the way he spoke to me when I challenged him was unprofessional, maybe because I am a woman, I’m sure he would not speak to a man like that. Eddie has not given me a receipt for the money I paid him either. I am glad to say however, that some kindhearted tradesmen have been and patiently and persistently laboured for 3 Sundays,, traced and repaired the leak, boiler now working perfectly. Thanks for nothing, I will not recommend you to anyone else, because I wouldn’t want them to go through what I went through.

Eddie arrived on time and was very polite and professional nothing was too much trouble ,he quickly found fault and had everything repaired and back to normal in no time ,very good price and no nasty surprises ,Highly Recommended A+++

I've used E&S for heating jobs before and was very pleased with their service. So when I needed a new bathroom I gave Eddie a ring. The new tenant was moving in so Eddie sourced a new suite and tiles and completed the job in time and on budget. The standard of work was first class and they were very tidy workmen. I would definitely recommend their services
