Beware! Seriously people, avoid this company! My wife and I have had a nightmare with them! We paid for some tiles back on 7th May. They turned up completely wrong and challenged us that they were right when they clearly weren't. They delayed collection of the tiles several times. It has been weeks since they were collected and they still won't give us our money back. I have been on to their head office and been into the store, sent emails and we still haven't had the refund. This is just not on! Avoid this company like the plague! Nearly 6 weeks down the line and we have nearly 1500 pounds stuck in this companies bank account with nothing but excuses. This lot cannot be trusted, stay away! Look after your money! Please!
