Easy bathrooms is by far the best bathroom company I’ve ever used both personally and professionally. We’ve had 2 bathrooms worth of tiles and tiles and furniture for our WC from Megan for our home. Everything from walking in to the store to delivery has been outstanding. Customer service is fantastic and product quality is second to none. It’s hard to find someone who cares about customers as much as Megan and her knowledge is incredible. Couldn’t recommend them enough.

Staff here are very friendly, Aaron was extremely helpful and provided me a special service. When I spoke to the manager (I think was Megan) she was very polite and and professional. Will definitely recommend and I will be back!

Absolutely incapable of delivering on time, undamaged goods. Do not order from this company. I wish I hadn't, I have still not received everything. I am incredibly disappointed with the service Easy Bathrooms provides. I have waited over 2 months for my delivery to be completed and am facing delays upon delays for the items I ordered. They even had me wait in all day on one of the last days before lockdown 2.0 for a delivery that was knowingly cancelled by Easy Bathrooms. I have had to continually chase my order as I am not provided with updates. The first items delivered to me were also damaged. It's really unfortunate as the staff are really good people. I especially like Sean, who still works there by the way. I feel sorry for the kind and helpful staff that I have met and contacted in Cambridge.

Avoid this place, could write an essay. To sum up: -poor customer after sales, ignore emails and do not return calls -happy to take your money, but not replace/compensate for faulty items -everything you come back with is met with 'you signed the T&C's' -despite giving measurements got tile order wrong -multiple deliveries, around 7 in total - poor communication when driver was coming...luckily I was at home for 2 of them. Avoid like the plague. EDIT: Easy Bathrooms have now put right the issues since this review.
