I usually do not leave any reviews, but after using our new bathroom for a two years (was installed on 16/04/2020) I honestly think that the quality of the products that we have purchased from them is really low and for us the most important thing was quality and not the price when we were making a decision which company to use. So, I hope this review will help other people to make a better decision. Just to make this clear, this is only for the products that we have purchased as the customer service was great and lady that helped us to design our “dream” bathroom was really helpful. I have attached some pictures of the current status of some products. As you see black colour began to peal from black tap, sink basin waste and black shower screen (from the side of the screen that does not have any contact with water). 
Also grub screw at the top of our radiator were we hang wet towels got rusted. 
Soft close toilet seat stopped working after around 6 months.
Also piece on our black shower that holds shower handset in place is broken and it takes around 10s every time to try to find the right position as otherwise the handset just drops down.
The only products that are still in great shape are tiles and shower tray. In my opinion, their “25 Year Quality Guarantee” is a joke and I would advise other people to not waste their money on low quality products.

Nice bathrooms but staff is always too busy to even talk to you - even when you’re the only customer. Literally every time.

One of the staff asked what our budget was for a complete bathroom. She laughed when I said 5k then she said 'you won't get a new bathroom for that'. Well I will take my 5k elsewhere.

Got everything we needed under 1 roof. Had everything in stock so loaded the car whilst we were there. Service was great. Measures in place for Covid 19.
