We where unfortunate to suffer a flood whilst on holiday which damaged a wooden floor which was laid throughout the ground floor of our property. As we had just had the house decorated prior to the flood the floor needed to be replaced without removing the current skirting boards and causing no damage to the decoration or the property itself. Elite Property replaced the floor and did a superb job of delivering on the brief. The standard of work is superb and the job was completed in time. To replace a floor without removing the skirts is a very technical job which Elite Property where able to handle. Elite also left the our property very clean once the job was completed. In addition, the communication leading up to the job and during the work was excellent. One small issue post completion was quickly rectified. See pics included with this review.

Di not use he is a rude individual who nearly forced 3 ladies 2 if which are grandmothers off the road, no scruples if he can do this what can he do in work when he needs to hide a mistake!!!!

We appointed Jack and his team to carry out quite a large kitchen renovation in our home. The project involved knocking down internal walls, creating an open plan kitchen/family room, installing an RSJ, and fitting our new kitchen. From the first meeting with Jack he was friendly and knowledgeable, and we were provided with a detailed breakdown of works and a schedule which was realistic and within our budget. Prior to works commencing, Jack introduced us to the team and we had a chance to discuss our plans in more detail. There were a few unavoidable setbacks on the project in relation to electrics and water supply which were out of anyone's control. These were handled perfectly by Elite, and we were kept informed throughout the process, minimising any inconvenience. The team were respectful and tidy, and very easy to work with. The standard of work surpassed our expectations, and we are more than thrilled with our new kitchen/family room. Would definitely use again & would recommend!

I was let down by a company I had booked in to fit my new bathroom. A friend gave me Elite Property's number and they were able to help me out. Great communication and an excellent standard of workmanship. Nice guys too. Would definitely recommend 👍
